Current weight: 188

This is my weight as of March 1st. I have been in denial and avoiding the scale for months now. Now that I know the number it is reality that I need to do something about it.

No wonder my pants don’t fit. I have gained about 8 lbs since October. It is not only fat either – I am sure I have lost muscle since I am not exercising as much as I did before.

My goal is to lose 5 lbs by the end of March – slow and steady always wins, right?
