I worked out today at the gym over my lunch hour. I always feel rushed doing this, but it is the only guarantee I do some exercise during the day.
I listened to the audio book Eat That Frog on my MP3 player while walking on the treadmill.
Total time=30 minutes
First 10 minutes – gradually increased from 3.0 to 4.0 mph
Middle 10 minutes – walked 4.0 mph
5 minutes at .5 incline
2.5 min at 4.1mph and .5 incline
2.5 min at 4.1 mpg and 1.0 incline
About 3 minutes of cool down.
Calories Burned = 191; Miles = 2+
I didn’t have time for stretching. Tomorrow I plan on doing 30 minutes of circuit training.
